About this expedition

Uganda at an unhurried pace, from the Nile in the north to the lakes of the southwest. Over fifteen days you see the Top of Murchison Falls and cruise the Nile, track chimpanzees in Kibale and walk Bigodi Wetland, explore the forests of Semliki, and take game drives and a Kazinga Channel cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Then it is south through Ishasha to Bwindi for a day of mountain gorilla trekking, two restful nights on Lake Bunyonyi with an island boat trip, and game drives and a boat ride at Lake Mburo. A forest walk, the Equator, the drum-makers of Mpambire and a Kampala city tour close the journey. Every stop has budget, mid-range and upmarket lodges.
