About this expedition

Spend a full day getting to know Kampala through the places that shaped it. With a local guide, you visit the peaceful gardens of the Bahá'í House of Worship, the Kasubi Tombs where the kings of Buganda are buried, the Uganda National Mosque, whose minaret looks out over the city's seven hills, and the Uganda Martyrs Shrine at Namugongo. It is a day of faith, history and culture, broken up by a local Ugandan lunch and finished on a rooftop as the sun goes down over the city. We collect you from your hotel or home in Kampala at 8:00 AM and drop you back in the evening, so you can simply enjoy the day.
