Starting Price
A journey east from Kampala that trades game drives for culture, cooking, adventure and coffee. It begins with Kampala's landmarks, from the Bahá'í Temple and Kasubi Tombs to the Gaddafi National Mosque, Namugongo, Bulange and Lubiri Palace, then a day at Ewaffe Cultural Village learning to cook traditional Kiganda dishes. In Jinja you raft the Nile, wander the markets and craft shops and visit Kyabazinga Palace. The final stretch takes you to Sipi Falls in the Kapchorwa highlands, where you hike all three levels of the falls, abseil at the third, follow coffee from farm to cup and end the day with a Sipi sunset.

Meet your driver-guide at your Kampala hotel for a briefing, then set off to explore the city's cultural and historical sites: the Bahá'í Temple, Kasubi Tombs, Gaddafi National Mosque, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, Bulange and Lubiri Palace. A traditional dance performance at the Kasubi Tombs can be arranged, subject to availability. After lunch in Kampala, the evening is yours.
